Terms of Service

Effective date: March 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Timmio iOS application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). Where these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA will control.

Usage Terms

  • You must comply with applicable laws and App Store requirements.
  • You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App except as permitted by law.
  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Pricing and duration will be shown in the App at the time of purchase.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
